Contingency

Canadian Controlled Private Corporations (CCPC) who do not want to risk the up-front costs of claim preparation may elect a contingency fee arrangement.  We will prepare and file claims on your behalf.  Our fees are payable only when the cash refund or tax credit has been received.  Fees are based on a percentage of recovery.  We only get paid for success. Percentage fees are scaled to the claim.
