Consultants to Canadian  Innovation

Clients

Start-up Companies

We offer tax planning to maximize recovery of your R&D product or process R&D costs.  We assist your staff in establishing an appropriate technical and financial tracking system.  A PCPR (pre-claim project review) is conducted to facilitate business planning and finance. You may be entitled to declare the entire start-up costs as R&D.

New Claimants

Companies new to the SR&ED tax credit program require an assessment of their past entitlements as well as the current claim. We generally prepare two claims, including work reaching back up to 2 1/2 years.  For private companies controlled by Canadians (so-called CCPC's) we offer a contingency arrangement so that no client money is at risk.  A fixed fee or daily rate is also an option, paid monthly.

Foreign and Public Firms

For Public companies with a significant claiming history we offer the opportunity to contract out the chore of annual claim preparation.   We can facilitate staff training as well as provide annual updates on changes in the tax legislation and government policy.  You'll be amazed at what your staff didn't know and the missed opportunities.

Satisfied Customers

Our client list for SR&ED tax credits is confidential  because of contract obligations but includes a broad range of companies in B.C., Alberta, Ontario and Quebec ranging from multi-nationals to small start-ups.
